Your slot is held while you complete the booking and you will receive a booking reference once it is confirmed. Not always. You can contact the clinic directly, though most insurers require a referral before authorising treatment. If you are self-funding, no referral is needed. If you already have a referral letter or recent test results, please include these with your enquiry.

The practice is recognised by major UK private medical insurers including BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Cigna, and WPA. Please confirm with your insurer that the practice is listed as a provider under your specific policy. Self-funding patients are also welcome.

Private appointments are generally available within a few weeks, and sooner where possible for more urgent concerns. Please mention in your enquiry if your situation is time-sensitive.

Common reasons for enquiry include heavy or irregular periods, pelvic pain, suspected endometriosis or adenomyosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause and perimenopause symptoms, ovarian cysts, fibroids, prolapse, cervical concerns, and fertility, pre-conception, or miscarriage-related questions.

Surgical treatments are not currently offered at the private clinic due to the lack of suitable facilities. Patients who require surgery are referred to a local NHS gynaecology service for further treatment. Private consultations, assessment, and non-surgical management remain available as usual.
